Antiques Appraisal Fair / $7 an item / With Barry Slosberg
Sunday, June 1, 2008 from 1 pm to 4 pm

Salad and Dessert Social – Bring a salad or dessert to share
PLUS Philadelphia Area Gardens Presentation
Tuesday, June 10, 2008, 7:30 pm

Adam Levine will present a slide show of his newly published, comprehensive guide to the gardens of eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northern Delaware. “A Guide to Great Gardens of the Philadelphia Region”

These events will all take place at Historical Society of Frankford, 1507 Orthodox Street, Philadelphia, PA


Programs
Program meetings are held on the Second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm. Free admission for members and $5 donation at door for non members. Program speakers offer presentations on local history that usually run approximately one hour. Light refreshments are served. Programs are not held in the months of July, August, January and February.

Open House
Open Houses are held the first Sunday of each month from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and offers members and interested guests the opportunity to learn about the area’s rich history. Closed January, February, July, August and September.
